Shipping Policy

Processing time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Spain Standard Shipping — €5.00 to €15.00 depending on order weight. Estimated delivery 2–5 business days via Correos.

Europe (EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway) Standard Shipping — €12.00 to €30.00 depending on order weight. Estimated delivery 5–10 business days via Correos Paq Standard Internacional.

North America (USA & Canada) Standard Shipping — €18.00 to €46.00 depending on order weight. Estimated delivery 8–15 business days via Correos Paq Standard Internacional.

Rest of World Standard Shipping — €22.00 to €55.00 depending on order weight. Estimated delivery 10–20 business days depending on destination.

Order weight Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Each vinyl record weighs approximately 500g including packaging.

Customs and import duties For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. houseonly.store has no control over customs fees.

Order tracking Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via the carrier's website or through your houseonly.store account.

Lost or damaged shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@houseonly.store and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
